Woman jumps down onto rails in Moscow subway
MOSCOW, November 3 -- The Zamoskvorestskaya (green) Moscow metro line has resumed passenger service after an hour?s break on Thursday.
The traffic was halted because of a woman who jumped down onto the rails at around 10.30 a.m., spokeswoman for the Moscow metro Yevgenia Morozova told Tass. The spokeswoman described the incident as "a suicidal attempt." As a result of the incident the train service was halted.
At 11. 30 a.m. power supply to the Rechnoi Vokzal- Sikol section of the "green" line was resumed and trains moved on, the spokeswoman said.
