Leona Lewis is "really happy" with her new boyfriend
The `Bleeding Love` hitmaker has enjoyed showing German backing dancer Dennis Jauch around her home town of Hackney, east London, and says the pair are having a lot of fun together.
She said: "I`m really happy with my new boyfriend.
"He`s been staying with me in Hackney and he`s met all my family. I still have my flat here, so when I`m not working I`m back home near my mum and dad.
My mum always says she just wants me to be happy and I really am at the moment. We`re having a lot of fun."
Leona began dating Dennis soon after splitting from long-term boyfriend Lou Al-Chamaa and she admits the upheaval in her personal life will be reflected in her next album.
She added in an interview with Reveal magazine: "A lot of things have changed over the past year.
"I wanted to put my heart into my lyrics, so most of my new album has a darker tone to it. It`s not just about my ex, or any one person.
It`s a mix of emotions.
"But it`s not all sad. I`m in a really happy place right now, so there are some upbeat tracks on there too."
