KGB General Bobkov: Socialism to develop
When they say communists began ruin Russia after coming to power it is fairly arguably.
It is claimed that they made Russia geographically-distributed but it split on February of 1917. Then independent Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia etc. were created? After October they started to assemble native Russia and it was assembled except Baltic, Finland and Poland with the framework of former imperial state. We can dispute about slogans they used, but this is another problem. Such an opinion was expressed to the newspaper "Red star" by Filipp Denisovich Bobkov, who had created and been the head of 5th, "ideologic" department of KGB in USSR.
According to Bobkov we must clearly understand what officials who came to power after October wanted. "What did Lenin say after October? He said: we now have the most democratic, progressive power - Soviet regime. It must rely on serious economics. That economics might be state capitalism. This Lenin?s thesis was totally forgotten.
Bobkov is sure that socialism was not liquidated and that socialistic regime will start developing one day. But it seems, not in Russia. Present situation in China is socialistic way, based on Lenin and Marks principles: people?s power and state capitalism.
