The chief of the Main operational Department of the General staff military power of Ukraine, major-General Alexander Shutov was dismissed. About it today, fifteen June, said " the Ukrainian truth ".

Major-General Alexander Shutov - grandson of the famous commander, Hero of the Soviet Union Stepana Shutova. On a post of the chief of the Main operational Department of the General staff of the Ukrainian armed forces, major-General dealt with such issues as planning, organization and conducting operational training of management bodies of the UAF and other military units, supervision of execution of all activities in the army operational problems, supervision of combat and mobilization readiness.
