The speaker of the Iranian Parliament and the Minister for foreign Affairs discussed the situation in Ukraine and the Syrian Arab Republic
Speaker of Iranian Parliament Ali Larijani and foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian during a meeting in Tehran on may 5, discussed bilateral relations between the countries, current events in the region, as well as the crises in Ukraine and in the Syrian Arab Republic. About it said chief adviser Larijani on international Affairs Hossein Sheikholeslam, informs Fars.
The sides said that the Syrian and Ukrainian events important for Armenia, as in the Syrian Arab Republic is home to about 140 thousand Armenians and more than 600 thousand in Ukraine.
Larijani and Nalbandian discussed the prospects of developing bilateral relations and inter-parliamentary contacts.
