Passenger helicopters to connect "Moscow-city" and capital airports
In February-March of 2006 test helicopter flights from business center "Moscow-city" to airports "Sheremetevo" and "Vnukovo" will start. This was announced by vice-mayor of the capital Iosif Ordjonikidze.
By his words, several helicopter stations are situated near Kutuzovsky prospect. Transportations will be carried out by Tumen "UT Air" airlines, which also realizes international flights and, by data of Iosif Ordjonikidze, is an official representative of UNO. "All transport facilities must be available for large business center - expressway, highway and subway are of easy accessibility", - said vice-mayor of the capital.
Every helicopter has 6-8 seats, the cost of ticket will be about $50. "Transportation will be available for all persons wishing", - said the official. Analogous means of transport is planned between "Moscow-city" and "Domodedovo" airport in near future.
Moreover, by words of Iosif Orjonikidze, there are still many issues to be solved during construction of "Moscow-city", such as security measures, parking lots and illumination. "We want "Moscow-city" to be illuminated non-stop", - declared representative of capital authorities.
