Volunteers of "Nestle" cleaned up the shore of the lake in Zhukovsky
21 June 2014 volunteers company "Nestle Russia" held an ecological action "Operation "Clean shore" in the framework of corporate social responsibility "Nestle", "Creating shared value".
The action was implemented jointly with the permanent partner of the company - public ecological movement "Garbage. More. No". Object care employees and activists of the public movement became the shore Generalskoye lake in Ramensky district of Moscow region.
Volunteers of the head office of "Nestle" and branch of the company "Nestle" in the city of Zhukovsky, the shores of the lakes were cleared of debris.
43 volunteers from among the employees of "Nestle" and members of their families, the movement of Waste. More. No" and local residents gathered a total of 87 bags of trash, including 45 (glass, plastic, metal) were sent for recycling.
The program "Nestle Russia", "Operation Clean shore", which the company is implementing together with social movement "Garbage. More. No, it works for five years. Every year Nestle increases the scale of the environmental activity and attract to the campaign more and more supporters from among company employees. In 2010 volunteers "Nestle" and "Garbage. More. In 2011, within the framework of national project "500 cleanings in one day" was held General cleaning Manikowski floodplain Park "Moskvoretsky". In June and September of 2012 volunteers was removed garbage in the district of Strogino floodplain (recreation area Strogino). The last action was held in June 2013, when the object care employees and activists of the public movement "Garbage. More. No" became the shores of lake biserovo in the Noginsk district of the Moscow region.
