Bondarchuk looks for crowd scene actors for Pushkin`s funeral
St. Peterburg citizens, participating in the shooting the film about Pushkin, are to get invitation card for the first performance, promised the film "Pushkin. The last duel" director Natalia Bondarchuk.
According to her, crowd scene of seeing-off Pushking near his house in 12 Moika and near
Konyushennaya church, where the poet was read the burial service, supposes to involve almost a thousand volunteers. The shoting is scheduled on February 5.
"About a hundred people will me made up and dressed in accordance to historical epoch", said Bondarchuk. "I ask those, who want to participate in the scene to be dressed in dark clothes, in dark or Orenburg shawls. Children must be above 10-11 years of age".
These days in St. Petersburg shooting of the film about Pushkin. The role of the poet is played by famous Russian actor Sergei Bezrukov, who earlier played a part of another Russian poet Sergei Yesenin. The role of Dantes is played by Roman Romatsov. Many other distinguished actors are participating in the project, Victor Sukhorukov, Boris Plotnikov, Georgy Traugort.
Bondarchuk reassured, that the picture combines historical approach and historical reconstruction, though there are to be fiction personages, contemporary ways of shooting and cutting used.
