General Pukach organized murder of Gongadze
Within the bounds of George Gongadze murder investigation, General Ukrainian Office of Public Prosecutor instituted legal proceedings against ex-president of Ukraine Leonid Kuchma and officials of his administration.
In program "1+1" Ukrainian general prosecutor Svyatoslav Piskun said that direct organizer of Gorgadze murder is general-lieutenant Pukach. Piskun pointed out that the first stage of investigation is over and case will be brought to court.
