Russia wins first Olympic medal in Torino
Russian skier Evgenia Medvedeva-Arbuzova has won first medal for Russian team at XX Winter Olympic Games in Torino.
She became the bronze medalist in ski duathlon for 15 km (7.5 km by classical style + 7.5 by free style). Estonian sportswomen Kristina Smigun became the Olympic champion in this kind of sport, and Czech skier Katerina Neumannova took second place.
