Version: fire in "Press" publishing house caused by smoking
As Moscow Federal Service for Fire Inspection has announced, indoor smoking could initiate fire in "Press" publishing house.
"As far as I know the main version is smoking. There were many rebukes to "Komsomolskaya Pravda" editorial office about smoking", - said the head of Moscow Federal Service for Fire Inspection Vladimir Rodin.
He reminded that criminal proceedings were instituted, special investigation group was formed. "Information about the building and personnel is collected", - said Rodin.
By his words, there are several versions of the accident, including arson.
Fire in the building occurred on February 13. Editorial offices of "Komsomolskaya Pravda", "Selskaya Zhizn", "Parliament gazeta" and other newspapers are situated there. As a result of fire one person died, 4 got injuries.
