The adviser of the President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko Yuriy Lutsenko believes that the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine Should be terminated.
" It is necessary to liquidate the Ministry of internal Affairs, to stop talking about the regular re-evaluation of the personnel, to adopt a law on national police, to recruit new staff through a lie detector and to restore order in the state ", - said Lutsenko, quoted by HUNAN. According to him, now the inefficiency of the system of the Ministry of internal Affairs is obvious. First of Poroshenko himself recognized the need for reforms in the law enforcement system of the country." We must do a reboot police organization, the judiciary, local authorities, " he said.
