Former Prime Minister of Russia Sergey Stepashin has been accused President Barack Obama of inciting war in Ukraine and provoking the emergence of a new generation of Islamists in the middle East.
Former Prime Minister appealed to the President of the United States as head of the Imperial Orthodox Palestine society (IOPS) is the oldest in the Russian Federation non-governmental organization, which for more than 130 years provides humanitarian aid to needy countries, ITAR-TASS reported.
