The crisis in Ukraine has shown how the European Union is vulnerable in terms of delivery of gas and oil, said the European Commissioner for climate change and energy arias Ca?ete. " The situation in Ukraine demonstrated our vulnerability and the need to improve safe delivery of gas and oil, " he said, speaking at the Symposium on problems of EU policy in the energy sector in Brussels, reports TASS.
