The Ministry of energy of Ukraine decided to test the legality issued by Naftogaz loans 780 million dollars
The Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine has decided to conduct an unscheduled internal audit of the National joint-stock company (NJSC) " Naftogaz of Ukraine " in the period from 26 November to 8 December 2014, said the press service of the Ministry
As stated in the press service, check the NAC should ascertain the degree of compliance with the legislation and regulations when making decisions Naftogaz during 2010-2011 on the provision of GAO " chernomornaftogaz " 2 interest-free loans for the purchase of 2 Jack-up floating drilling rigs for a total amount of 6, 44 billion hryvnia (about 780 million dollars on course 2011) "reports TASS. As can be seen from the materials of the Ministry, the Ministry of energy of Ukraine has established the audit group, approved the programme of the unscheduled audit of Naftogaz and instructed the head of the NJSC " Naftogaz of Ukraine " Andrew Korolevu to provide support to the work of the audit team. In the Ministry stressed that the audit is assigned after applying to the Ministry of investigator of especially important cases of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
