The Medvedchuk: for the Ukrainian parliamentarians provisions of laws, decree
Making changes to the Tax rule in the Ukraine against the law, said the leader of the movement " Ukrainian choice " Viktor Medvedchuk.
" Neither the Government nor the coalition were not confused by the fact that, according to the tax code, changes to any elements of taxes and fees cannot be made later than six months before the beginning of the new budget period, which will act fresh rules and rates", said Mr. Medvedchuk on his page, noting that the vast majority of the changes will apply as of 1 January 2015.
" However, Pro-European " reformers " have demonstrated many times that the rules and regulations for them, not a decree. Apparently, so wrong they understand " European values, " he added.
The government asked the Parliament to accept the changes to the Tax rule and several other laws, which include, for example, the indefinite extension of " military collection " and the introduction of tax deductions for all types of real estate at the rate of 2% of the minimum wage for 1 square meter of taxable object. In addition, it is proposed to levy a duty on pensions larger than three minimum salaries (more 3654 UAH or $ 228 at the current exchange rate) at a rate of 15%.
