The armed forces did not consider the claim against Yatsenyuk because of the interpretation of history
The Supreme court did not accept the claim against the Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk because of its phrase about the invasion of Soviet troops in the Ukraine and in Germany, said Last news in court.

Yatsenyuk during a visit to Berlin on 8 January 2014 said that " we are all very well remember the Soviet invasion of Ukraine and in Germany."
The plaintiff asked the court to recognize that the message of the Prime Minister of Ukraine is a " mistake brain activity Yatsenyuk and his false memories ".
Germany on 1 September 1939 began a military campaign against Poland, thus marking the beginning of the Second world war. Soviet troops on September 17, 1939 entered the area of Western Ukraine and Western Belorussia that Poland has received the results of the Soviet-Polish war of 1919-1921.
