Ukraine hopes to increase quotas on import of agricultural products in the EU
The government of Ukraine develops the issue of increasing quotas on export of Ukrainian agricultural products in the European Union, said the Minister of agrarian policy and food of Ukraine Alex Pavlenko.
The EU has postponed the entry into effect of the agreement on free trade area with Ukraine until 1 January 2016. At this point in time regarding Ukraine on the regime of Autonomous trade preferences for goods. Products supplied from Ukraine to the EU list of quotas.
Pavlenko said that today all running products of agro-industrial complex quota fully selected.
"currently, We have started to work with the Ministry of economy on the formation of the proposal to increase the quota for the subsequent period, this issue we have raised the level of the European Commission," the Minister told reporters on the last working day of the week.
