The draft law on urgent measures to support suffering from a humanitarian catastrophe residents of Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine submitted to the state Duma.
As can be seen from the document placed in the electronic database of the lower house of Parliament, the proposal was voted the people's choice of the state Duma from the Communist party, Alexander Potapov.
