"The situation in Ukraine raises obvious concerns. Words, behavior, moving military show, unfortunately, about the fact that there is an escalating conflict ", - said the Prime Minister of France.
Waltz again noticed that both sides of the conflict in Ukraine are obliged not to violate Minsk consensus.
