The fate of sanctions against Russia will be depending on the situation in Ukraine
Vladimir Dobrovolsky. EU leaders have linked the fate of sanctions against Russia with the development of events in Ukraine, both in a positive and in a negative direction, said Prime Minister of Luxembourg Xavier Bettel on the first day of the EU Summit.
"With regard to penalties, today (claimed) That the penalties are a reaction to the situation in one direction and in another," said the Bettel, answering the question whether the punishment according to the results of the EU Summit extended to the full implementation of the Minsk agreement.
Western countries from March 2014 has repeatedly imposed sentences because of the position of Russia in Ukraine. The last case of the use of such practices were the limits imposed in March 2015, when was expanded US sanction List.
