Born January 31, 1921 in Petrograd.
In 1947 he graduated from the school-studio at the Leningrad Bolshoi Drama Theater (BDT) of. M. Gorky (now they. G. BDT).
. Since 1940 began performing on the stage of the Leningrad BDT and continued working there until the end of life.
. In 1942 the actor's film debut took place in the movie "Masha".
. Besides her work in theater and film, devoted himself to teaching activities.
. Thus, from 1959 to 1968 he taught at the Leningrad Institute of Theater, Music and Cinematography.
