YULIKOV Alexander

1943 Village. Vyatskie clearing Kirov region. Studied at MVHPU (b. Stroganov) (1961-65). He graduated from the graphic department MPI (1969). Lives and works in Moscow. Yulikov refers to the classic of minimalism. His abstract works are built on a combination of contrasting elements. The works of the artist differ elaborate compositional solution. Yulikov participated in many exhibitions in Moscow, his solo exhibition "Forms" was held in 1995 in the gallery Velta, Moscow. His works are held in Ludwig Museum, Cologne, Germany; Musee d `Art Moderne, Saint-Etienne, France; collection of Norton Dodge, USA; Gallery of Modern Art Museum Tsaritsino.
