He graduated from Yaroslavl State University, Associate. Speaks English. He is fond of books, painting, photography, studying foreign languages, loves to travel.
Deputy DG of the electoral association "Russia's Choice. Elected by party list of the Russia's Choice "(N 210). Joined the faction of Russia's Choice.
Member of the State Duma Committee on Defense.
Generalov was born in 1964 in Menzelinsk family of intellectuals.
In 1987 he graduated from Yaroslavl State University.
From 1981 to 1982 he worked as a secretary of court sessions Uglich District Court.
From 1987 to 1991, assistant prosecutor Tutaevskij inter-district prosecutor Yaroslavl region.
In 1993 he became President of the Chamber of Commerce City Tutaeva Yaroslavl region.
In October 1993, Generalov as a candidate for deputy DG was included in the federal list of the electoral unification of the Russia's Choice.
Elected deputy State Duma 5-th convocation. He was a member of the faction Russia's Choice. Member of the State Duma Committee on Defense.
On March 14, 1995-member parliamentary group of the Stability Protocol (N65).
