Kagalovsky Konstantin G.

Born in 1957 Graduated from the Moscow Institute of Finance. Ph.D. in Economics in 1980, he worked in research institutes of the USSR Gosplan and the USSR Academy of Sciences.
In 1989 he established and headed the International Center for Research of economic reforms.
1990 - 1991 year - the plenipotentiary representative of Russia for cooperation with the International Monetary Fund and World Bank.
January - September of 1992 - Plenipotentiary Representative of the Government of Russia on cooperation with international financial organizations, economic adviser to the Government of Russia.
September - October of 1992 - Representative of Russia (at the ambassadorial level) on the board of the International Monetary Fund.
From October 1992 - Director of the International Monetary Fund of Russia, a freelance adviser to Prime Minister of Russia.
