Biography Potapenko Alexander Fedorovich
Deputy of the State Duma during the first (1993-1995) and second (1995-1999) convocations, was a member of the Communist Party faction, member of the Committee on Property, Privatization and economic activity.
Born April 21, 1958. G. Chechersk Gomel region of Belarus SSR. Graduated from the Belarusian Institute of Railway Engineers in 1980. He worked as a foreman, foreman, an engineer in the train depot, Mr.. Lgov Kursk region.
1982-1987 - the second, then first secretary of the Komsomol City Committee Lgovskiy.
