Vazanov Andrei

Vazanov Andrey was born July 24, 1962 in Chuvashia. After graduating from the Faculty of Law, Kazan State University, worked as an investigator in the police department of the Kirov Kazan executive committee, worked at the same positions in the Investigation Department of Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan. From 1991 to 1992 he was Chief of the Investigative Branch of the Operative and Search Bureau under Ministry of Internal Affairs of Tatarstan.
