Alexander Maximov

(1874-1928 gg.) - A large Russian histologist. In 1898, Mr.. defended his doctoral thesis on the regeneration of pathological seminal gland. From 1903 to 1922. - Professor of Histology meditsiskih Military Academy. In 1922, Mr.. emigrated abroad, and took the place of professor of anatomy at Chicago. Widely known for an experimental-histological study of connective tissue in inflammation (1902-1905 gg.), Justification of the unitary theory of hematopoiesis (1907-1923 gg.).
