Biography Charles Richet
(1850-1935) - French physiologist, psychologist, hypnologist. He studied hypnosis, established three phases of somnambulism, developed the doctrine of isteroepilepsii. Applied natural science method in the study of simple and complex cognitive processes (sensation, pain, thinking, automatic writing). The main work of R.: 'Experimental and clinical studies of sensitivity' (1877), 'The experience of General Psychology' (1887), 'Man and thinking' (1884), 'Thinking and man' (1927). Book R.
