In 1955 he graduated from Moscow State University named after MV Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1956 he worked as head of the department of agitation and propaganda Chapaevsk city committee of the Komsomol, and in 1956 - 1959 - All-Union Chemical Society imeni DI Mendeleyev.
