Biography Glushinsky Joseph P.
(1834 - 1896). Started service in the Kiev District Railway in 1854, but soon switched to the institute, and then all further his service was devoted mainly pedagogical activity, prior to his retirement in 1889, Mr.. Compiled printed course water communications (internal). Within a few years Glushinsky also replace the vacant chair at the Institute of Railways. From 1868 to 1882, Mr.. read the art of building in the engineering academy. Consisted in 1885. chairman of the commission, which worked out the estimated and counting rules for railways.
