Biography Gyubner Julius Yul'evich

Later he was chief of Feodosia quarantine area and a senior physician of the sanitary part of the Volga. Major works Gyubnera: "Statistical studies of the health of St. Petersburg", "Ancient and New Theodosius in sanitary," "Suicide in St. Petersburg", "Current status of the issue of the cemeteries". In the "Archives of Forensic Medicine and general hygiene" put a lot of articles, mainly on medical statistics.
