Biography Krylov Aleksei
Born in 1863, graduated from the course of maritime colleges and Nikolaev Naval Academy. Contains a professor of the same Academy and other higher education. In 1908 - 1910 he was the chief inspector of Shipbuilding and Marine Technical Committee Chairman. In the field of shipbuilding he owns, in addition to the development of the theory of the ship, a number of new techniques and methods that are included in consumption and abroad.
