Biography Neverov Januarius Mikhailovich
(1810 - 1893). He graduated from the course at Moscow University. Was director of the Lazarev Institute in Moscow from 1864 to 1879 years managed Caucasian school district, later was a member of the Council of Minister of Education. Neverov was a friend of Stankevich and Granovsky. He left interesting "Memoirs", excerpts of which were published in "Russian Antiquities" ( "IS. Turgenev, in his memoirs YA.M. Neverova, 1883, t. XL; "Granovsky, 1880, t. XXVII; "from the land of life", 1883, t. XL, etc.).
