Osipov Ivan Pavlovich

(b. 1854). He graduated from the course of physical-mathematical faculty of Kharkov University. Contains a professor of the Kharkov University and Institute of Technology. . In 1911 - 1912 he. was editor of the first volume of "Encyclopedia of the People's scientific and applied knowledge" of Kharkiv society literacy department of mathematics, mechanics, astronomy, physics and chemistry. In 1915, Mr.. elected a director of the Kharkov Institute of Technology.
