Biography Ibn al-Banna
(Arabic. "son of the architect"); actually Abu-l-`Abbas Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn` Uthman al-Azdi (ca. 1260, Marrakech, Morocco - OK. 1320, ibid) -- Most of his life in his native city of Marrakech. IB. - The author of many works on mathematics and astronomy / astrology. Among them: "The sentences stars", "Comments on the poem by Abu-l-Mukri (cm. al-Battivi), "Introduction to the [science of] the stars and the properties of letters," "The Book of ANWA", "The Book of relief on the ephemerides of the planets," "Almanac" (astronomical tables), etc..
