Knipf Albert Friedrich Wilhelm

One of the first professional astrologers in Germany after a century of oblivion "science of the stars" in this country. His astrological writings began to appear at the end of 1890. in Hamburg and quickly established to. glory gifted astrologer. In particular, in 1898-99. K. published a booklet "The effects of planets on the soul" and "Physics of Astrology". In these works he expressed the view that the effects of the planets due to electromagnetic stimulation, and claimed that the aura of man is much more sensitive to the planetary radiation, rather than the chemical element selenium. K. was engaged in private practice. Its amazing on the accuracy of description of the current state of affairs and the mood of Elzbet Ebertin in her horoscope has become one of the key factors that prompted her to take astrology.

To. was apparently the first astrologer, who at the turn of XIX - XX centuries. began to use "crossing point" (system midpoyntov) and promote them to the German astrologers. In particular, from K. of the method learned Alfred Witte and Frank Glahn. Subsequently Witte introduced this working method in the practice of the Hamburg school of astrology called "planetary pictures".
