Biography Jiddu Krishnamurti
(1895-1986) (pseudonym Alsion)
Born in 1895 in Madanapalli (pc. Madras) in the family of an official British government. In 1909 he moved with his family to the residence of the Theosophical Society (which was to serve his father Nariyaniya) in Adyar (near Madras). His ability to fall into a trance Krishnamurti attracted the attention of the leaders of society - A. Besant and W. Lidbitera). In 1911-1912, Krishnamurti went with my brother to be educated in England, meanwhile Nariyaniya, revealing an intimate relationship between his son and Lidbiterom, began legal proceedings against the Theosophists. In 1914 Besant won process. Krishnamurti and his brother remained in England, tried to go to Oxford University. In 1920-1929 growing cult of Krishnamurti among Theosophists, at meetings which (in India, Holland, America), it increasingly appears, reporting on the received "revelations" and declaring itself as a world teacher. In 1929 it is planned to break with the Theosophical Society (he publicly renounces the title of the Messiah, and from participation in the 'Order of the Star'), which ended in 1933 with the death of Annie Besant (contact with Theosophists resumed only in 1980's). Krishnamurti died in California in 1986.
Heritage Krishnamurti, including books, lecture notes and tapes, huge (some comments to make the life of three volumes). Book at the feet of teachers (1910) - write instructions 'Master Kuthumi' obtained during the night 'astral revelations' (under the leadership Lidbitera), withstood more than 40 editions in his lifetime. Manual Krishnamurti reflect some influence of ideas of existentialism and the philosophy of life in a syncretic combination with the 'fragmentary passages' from the eastern religions - from kundalini yoga to Zen Buddhism. Krishnamurti rejected all the established religions, believing that they are always only a divided people. Its central idea - 'creative reality', achievable only through special, 'modified' state of consciousness.
