Biography KARABANOV Peter Matveyevich
(19.VII.1765, Smolensk - 19.IV.1829) An old noble family, famous since the sixteenth century. Of the staff officers' children. Studied at the house of Archbishop Platon (Levshina). After graduating from Moscow University (1782) served in the office of the palace buildings, in the office of Prince GA.
