Biography KRYLOV Foty Ivanovich
(12.HI.1896, der. Sherakino now Holm-Zhirkovskogo district of Smolensk region. - 15.VI.1948, Moscow) He graduated from the school of Kronstadt Jung (1914), a school of artillery gunners Training Detachment of the Baltic Fleet (1917), produced in ensigns. During the Civil War - the senior gunner (pilot-observer) at Fort Krasnaya Gorka and Seraya Horse. In April 1920,. sent to work in water transport. He was chief of the port of Arkhangelsk, Petrograd, Odessa. In 1930. graduated from the higher command course at the Institute of Maritime Transport.
