About lhovsky Nikolai Ivanovich Commander 240 th Fighter Regiment (302 th Fighter Division, 5 th Air Army, the Steppe Front) Major. Born October 10, 1909 in the village now MieеЎaеґ Orsha district, Vitebsk region in a peasant family. Belorus. Member of the CPSU since 1932. Graduated 1 course Pedagogical School in Orsha. In the Red Army since 1927. In 1928 he graduated from the Leningrad military theoretical Pilot School in 1930 - 3rd Orenburg Air Force Pilot School and letnabov behalf Voroshilov, in 1936 - Air Force Academy.
