Vladimov Georgy

Vladimov (real name - Volosevich) Georgy Nikolayevich (p. 1931), novelist, critic.

Born February 19 in Kharkov in the teacher's family. He studied at the Suvorov military school, but did not pursue a military education by enrolling in the Law Department of Leningrad University, graduating in 1953.

In 1954, acted as a literary critic with articles "to the dispute about Vedernikov," "Village Ognischanka and the wider world," "Three days in the life of Holden and others. Since 1956 worked as editor of the prose of "New World".

In 1961 published a story "Big Ore, has received wide recognition.
