Biography Lugovskii Vladimir
Lugovskoi Vladimir Aleksandrovich (1901 - 1957), poet.
Born on 18 June (July 1 NS) in Moscow in the family of a teacher of Russian literature, which was a highly educated man, a historian and archeologist, a connoisseur of painting, sculpture and architecture. His love for Russian art has had a tremendous influence on his son.

He studied at the 1-st Moscow gymnasium, which finished ahead of schedule, entered the 1-st Moscow State University, but then went to the Field control of the Western Front. The October Revolution and civil war to dictate its conditions of life.

In 1919 enrolled in primary school, general education, graduating from that, went to the Military Pedagogical Institute. Here he began to write poetry, "wrote the day and night, giving himself a whole new inspiration that brought the revolution. In 1921 he graduated from the institute and again got on the Western Front, then in the political department.

In 1922 he served in the Administration of the Kremlin and the military school of the Central Executive Committee. His first poems published Lunacharsky in "New World" (1924). The book "Flashes," published in 1926, published by "The Knot", was published with his own money. Following books were "Muscle" and "The suffering of my friends."

In the early 1930 Lugovskoi several times for long traveled to Central Asia, experiences which are reflected in his poetic epic "The Bolsheviks and the Desert Spring" (1931 - 33). Returning home, almost immediately went as a correspondent for "Red Star" with a squadron of the Black Sea Fleet in Turkey, Greece and Italy. The result of this trip was the book "Europe" which summarized the observations of the author.

. In 19 ^ 3 was in Dagestan, then in Azerbaijan, had lived in Baku, together with S. Vurgun working on the creation of an anthology of Azerbaijan poetry.

. In the late 1930's traveled to the North, and then lived in Sevastopol and on the southern coast of Crimea, wrote a lot, referring to the historic theme
. In recent years the book "Solntsevorot" and "Blue Spring" and the most significant book Lugovskoy - "Mid-Century.

June 5, 1957 W. Lugovskoi died in Yalta.
