ASTRAL PROJECTION

1980. Venue - Israel. And Lior Perlmutter Yaniv Haviv, both nine years old, met for the first time in school. At the same time, a young man named Avi Nissim began to engage in DJing, as well as performances in heavy industrial teams throughout Israel. Two years later, at the age of eleven years Lior started his first experiments with synthesizers, and in 1984 with Yaniv they create a team PARADOX.


Fast-forward to 1989-th. Yaniv at this time is in the army. Avi, now well-known DJ, who works in the style of acid, cooperates with Lior, and they create a project SFX, who plays Gigi in many electronic clubs in Israel. At that time, was completed on his debut album SFX, but for various reasons it never came. In 1990, the boys have made another track, called "Monstermama" and went on the young techno label Music Man in Belgium.


In 1991 they decided to try to move his music in New York. Avi spent a fairly short time, then returned to Israel and continued to engage in creative. Lior stayed and worked in the studio as a producer and remixers. In 1992, the guys from a distance of four singles on the American X-Rave Records. While Lior was still in the States, Avi teamed up with Yaniv and the new guy, whose name was Guy Sabbag. Again, under the name SFX and they released a single "Another World". In early 1994, Lior returned to Israel to continue its work in SFX and their newly formed label Trust In Trance. These four guys and have completed first CD SFX "Trust In Trance Vol. 1. Released, he was on the label Phonokol and had quite a big success.


Project started playing the clubs of the country. Some time later, Guy Sabbag decided to leave the group and work on his own. The success of the new album contributed to the fact that in 1995, Lior, Avi Yaniv and moved from a home studio in a professional and well-equipped stationary studio. At this time they are touring extensively in Europe, as well as working on their second album. He was named a very unassuming "Trust In Trance Vol.2" and published under the pseudonym already Astral Projection. This album quickly became popular and won in the Israeli charts a respectable second place. Music made Astral Projection, very well received by trance DJs, which contributed to the rising popularity of. . Phenomenal support their music by leading European and particularly British, DJs, and computerized animation video "People Can Fly" has not diminished, but on the contrary, have increased their popularity.


During 1998, Astral Projection conducted with great success for more than thirty concerts in Israel, Britain, France, Holland, Greece, Germany and Scandinavia. Fourth album, "Astral Files" was the album where every track was a classic. Released, he was on the British label Transient. After releasing the fourth album Yaniv also left the group, and Lior and Avi yet completed the fifth album "Dancing Galaxy", a collection of epic hast trensa.


According to Lior and Avi, all the musical duties are divided in half. Avi has been programming synthesizers and sound engineer, Lior is mainly working on the arrangements.
