Born November 15, 1962 in Voronezh.
From 1964 to 1970 he lived in Tula, in 1970 - in Perm.
In 1985 graduated with honors from the construction department of the Perm Polytechnic Institute (PPI). Candidate of Technical Sciences.

In 1992 founded the LP "DAN". President of Financial and Industrial Company "DAN". The main specialization of the company - delivery and sales of oil products in the Perm region.
