Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Region
Born on March 29 1949. Russian. He graduated from the Kuban Agricultural Institute with the qualification "scientist-economist, agronomist.
. He began his career working farm, then worked as secretary of the Komsomol organization, the secretary of the party organization of the collective farm, head of the agricultural department of the Assumption of the District Committee of the CPSU, the instructor of the regional committee of the CPSU
. 11 years, Vladimir worked Beketov executive committee chairman of the Assumption, the Assumption was led by four years of district administration.
C 1992. - Member of the Council of People's Deputies of the Krasnodar Territory.
Since 1994. deputy of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Region.
In March 1995, Mr.. appointed first deputy head of administration of Krasnodar region on agriculture.
December 20, 1995. elected Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Region.
December 8, 1998 the newly elected Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Krasnodar Territory.
Member of the CPSU prior to August 1991
Included in the RF Federation Council. Member, Committee on Agricultural Policy.
Married. Has two daughters.
