Born August 17, 1936 in d. Malbagysh Aznakaevo region of the Tatar Autonomous. Tartar.
In 1957 he graduated from the Saratov tank school in 1970 graduated with honors from the philosophical faculty of Belarusian State University.
From 1954 to 1988 - student, then - Soviet army officer. In 1988 he retired with the rank of colonel.
In 1990 was elected deputy of the Supreme Council of Tatarstan. He was Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Supreme Council of the Republic of Tatarstan of Veterans Affairs, Labor, Invalids and mercy.
