. She graduated from the Izhevsk Agricultural Institute (IzhSI), Academy of National Economy.
. After IzhSI six years she worked as secretary of the Komsomol Institute.
. In 1991 - 94 - Deputy Chairman of RF State Committee on Youth Policy.
. From 1994 until April 1999 headed the Committee on Nationalities of the Government of the Udmurt Republic.
. 4 April 1999 was elected deputy of the State Council of the Udmurt Republic.
. 19 December 1999 was elected deputy of the State Duma of the third convocation.
. January 11, 2000 at the Constituent Assembly was elected one of eight vice-chairman of the People's Deputy.
. On January 26, 2000 - Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Nationalities.
. From March 2000 - Member of factional parliamentary group for cooperation with workers and trade union movement "Solidarity".
. 4 April 2000 was elected deputy of the State Council of the Udmurt Republic.
