Born September 27, 1957 in g. Kulebaki Gorky region in the working-class family, and Russian.
He graduated from the Northwestern Polytechnic Institute, Moscow Institute of Control Sciences. Sergo Ordzhonikidze.
Working career started as a fitter at the biochemical plant in g. Kirishi Leningrad region.
He worked as a mechanic and also served as deputy secretary of Party Committee Kirishi biochemical plant. Then he was appointed head of the hydrolysis plant factory.
After the closure of the plant organized agricultural production on the cultivation of cattle in the village of Joy Leningrad Region. In 1992, enterprises were ruined.
