VIDERMAN Vladimir

1945, Sevastopol. Graduated LVHPU them. VI. Fly (1971). Member of Artists Union of Russia (1985), a member TEII (1981). Member of the first exhibitions of unofficial art in Leningrad (1974-75, Palace of Culture. Strip and "Nevsky") and numerous group exhibitions in the country and abroad, a number of solo exhibitions. It belongs to the masters, consistently and steadily developing a geometric version of the pictorial abstraction, operating a pointed rational notions of purity and culture shaping. In his works noticeably "attribution" experience of Suprematism and Constructivism (quotational reference). The artist also actively uses the visual style of the modern world (road signs, trademarks, etc.). Products are in RM and the State History Museum, St. Petersburg; meeting of Norton Dodge, United States, and in other museums and private collections.
